SankerIP founder David Sanker will be the Presiding Officer for the Patent Prosecution Track on December 6. In addition, David is on the panel “Changing continuation practice: Best practices and preparing for the future.” This topic turns out to be more important than expected because the USPTO has just imposed substantial new fees for continuation applications filed more than 6 years after the priority date, and the fees are even higher for applications filed more than 9 years after the priority date.
