Priya Adlakha is an intellectual property attorney with extensive experience in both patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings. She has successfully managed global patent portfolios in diverse high-tech fields, including computer software, 4G/5G wireless networks, AI, machine learning, consumer electronics, medical devices, and mechanical technologies. Before joining SankerIP, Priya worked at Unified Patents as a legal fellow drafting petitions for inter partes review (IPR) and reexamination.

Priya earned her LLM in Law and Technology from UC Berkeley. Prior to her LLM, Priya was a patent associate at a Tier 1 IP law firm in India, where she represented telecom leaders and Fortune 500 companies before the Indian Patent Office. In this role, Priya gained significant experience managing international patent portfolios, particularly with U.S. and Japanese patent applications entering India through the PCT national phase.

Priya completed undergraduate studies in renewable energy engineering and mechanical engineering, including a thesis on criticality analysis of nuclear reactors.
